Masters (EN)

Congo was established in 1919 – making it the oldest student association in the Netherlands for students of the biological sciences, biomedical sciences, cognitive sciences or life sciences.

Membership
Throughout the year, Congo organizes several activities, as well as more serious events such as lectures, congresses, trips to business institutions and book sales. This affords you a discount on all Congo activities and a reduction on book prices. For Master’s students, Congo has a discounted membership fee (€5), which provides the same benefits as regular membership. To become a member, simply drop by the Congo room or fill out this form.

Committees
Congo has various committees that are always glad to welcome new, active members. Especially for you, a master committee is set-up. Throughout the year it will organise several activities, monthly drinks with “bitterballen” and keeps you posted about interesting lectures.
